I wrote to WordPress and complained that the music attributed to my blog was incorrect. Of the several links, only one was directly attributed to Coffee. This is the reply I received:
“My apologies for the miscommunication. The takedown notice we forwarded to you on June 27, 2016 is formally incomplete, and as such, we’ve restored access to the following content:
https://keepthecoffeecoming.blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/coldplay-the-scientist.mp3
Please note that this also means you no longer have a 10 business day deadline to submit a DMCA counter notice. However, if the complainant submits a new, valid takedown notice, the countdown will reset and your blog will be suspended for copyright infringement after a couple of weeks.
I hope that clarifies things and please let me know if you have any questions.
Best,
Sal P. | Community Guardian | WordPress.com”
We’re Back, but the music isn’t. I just deleted two or three years of music hoping that will be enough. If it isn’t, Blogger is open again to me so KeepthecoffeecomingComing.blogspot.com is viable.
WordPress is shutting Coffee down in nine days for violations, for posting music which isn’t mine to post. I have been going all over the net hoping to find another web host. I found Weebly, but I can’t seem to get it to what I want. iPage was another. I am at wit’s end here. If any of you know an easy hosting site, please let me know right away. Coffee is too much of my life to let it just disappear. If any of you can create a website, I will happily reimburse you. I am that frantic. HELP!!!!!
No links today, just the music!
Fern came home yesterday. The vet said that she has major heart issues. The medication for that is in conflict with her kidney medication so he doesn’t know how Fern will react. She threw a clot and has a leg on which she is limping. Last night I couldn’t find her. I was out of my mind frantic. I knew she was in the house, but despite how many times I checked and rechecked I didn’t find her. I was up most of the night and hunted throughout the house every half hour or so. At 10 to 4 this morning I heard a noise from upstairs. I ran to the stairs and she was at the top. I brought her downstairs and fed her and gave her water. She ate half the can and drank all the water. I went to bed at 5:30. This morning I couldn’t find her again. I called and when I went in the living room she was there. She ate and drank more water, and I was able to give her morning meds for heart and kidney. I watched her go upstairs and she turned into my room. I think she was in the eaves and I missed her. It is just wait and see time.
Hello, Coffee Crowd, this is Kat’s sister Sheila coming to you with breaking news, literally, breaking news: Kat’s internet is down for the count. She is in the midst of an electronic meltdown. She asked me to post to let you know so that you wouldn’t worry. Right now, she is phoning Comcast and hoping they will have the solution to her problems. I’m sure she will give you all the lurid details later. Enjoy your day, dear friends, and pray for your Coffee Pundit to rejoin the internet highway soon!
