Terry Callier was only recently introduced to me. I liked his voice right away.

This morning I read that Terry Callier died of cancer on October 27th at age 67. “He was a Chicago singer and songwriter who, in the 1970’s, developed an incantatory style that mingled soul, folk and jazz sounds around his mediative baritone, then decades later was rescued from obscurity when his work found new fans in Britain.”

This is a tongue in cheek offering!!
