I have a morning concert then another in the afternoon. I will try to write in between or at least post some music.
Talk to you then!

Today I am taking a hiatus. My sloth days, while wonderful and restful, have put me behind my time, as Bob Cratchit said on the day after Christmas. My house has so many cobwebs that walking around at night is perilous. I have seen all the spider movies. Science fiction? Maybe! How about that Tarantula! My to-do list looks like Santa’s naughty list, long and horrific. My errand list has me all over a few different towns, actually villages. I made a list. Today is also my only open day. Starting with practice tonight, I have uke every day for the rest of the week. I’m talking a lesson and four concerts; hence, my hiatus.
I’ll be back on Thursday, less harried and feeling somewhat accomplished.
Happy 92nd birthday to Petula Clark.
Who lived from September 21, 1934 until November 7, 2016. Today we remember.
All of today’s songs charted in 1969, the year my Peace Corps story began in Philadelphia. It was an amazing year for me.
I know. I have probably thrown you from a loop. Usually my music has a theme connected to the musing of the day but not today except in a roundabout way. I decided to go back in time, sort of the theme of parts of today’s Coffee I guess, to the 6o’s. I remembered all but one of my choices, the first one. Enjoy!
Coffee is on hiatus today. I have an early concert in Hyannis so I haven’t enough time. The concert is outside, and weather is just right. What a lovely way to start a Sunday!
This morning I don’t have time to write and post Coffee. I have an early concert. It is outside so I am hoping it will get just a bit warmer. Right now it is only 63° and cloudy though I do see sunlight breaking through those clouds. My house is still chilly from last night. It is the time of year when outside is often warmer than inside the house.
I’ll be back tomorrow!
You’re probably wondering what the music’s theme is today. I’d probably call the theme either forgotten or not well known. Tammi Terrell you probably know but not as a single.
