It did take your comment. I enjoyed this song. It made me laugh. The lyrics are fun.
I found this, “In the mid 60’s Marty Cooper recorded this as a surf/comedy ditty that Al Casey arranged. Not much else is known about whether or not it was really a band but Marty played with many great studio session musicians like Hal Blaine and others.”
