La La La Land: Bobby Sherman
I give up. I just couldn’t find the right cereal song for my fourth video so I’ve gone in a whole new direction but still keeping cereal as the theme. Back in the late 60s manufacturers used to include playable records as prizes. Most of the records were part of the cereal boxes so you had to carefully cut them out with a pair of scissors. This is one of them which explains the poor quality, but I couldn’t resist.

Havent heard that in years. But i remember it. Back in the days of The Rolling Stones and Honky Tonk Woman, Olivia Newton John and “If Not For You” and also Bobby Shermans “Little Woman” . Paul Revere & tge Raiders were hot, too. 😈

Owl,
I don’t remember this song at all. I, of course, remember Bobby Sherman. Who could forget him?
I loved Paul Revere and the Raiders. They had the best outfits. I loved the historical reference.

Thanks, Owl
He was adorable!! I love his tie.
I can understand why the song was a hit!
I know now why I haven’t ever heard this. It is from 1970, and I was a Peace Corps volunteer in Ghana from 1969-1971.

I understand that local German dialects are not really part of KTCC music but we’ve had a big cereal song hit in 1981 which is still well known by people my age and older. Müsli Män = Cereal man, sung in the dialect which is spoken in Cologne / Rhineland.

Birgit,
I actually think I found this in my search for cereal songs. I may even have listened for a bit.
I love the halo and the shepherd like outfit.
Thanks for posting this. I may not know the words, but I can still like the music.
