The first time I saw Van, it was a superb performance at the King George’s Hall, Blackburn, Lancashire. Unfortunately I cannot give similar praise to the second show. He was with Linda Gail Lewis (a Jerry Lee Lewis family member).

Peter,
I haven’t seen many concerts. Many groups play in Boston, but it being far enough away that I would not want to drive home late afterwards. I did see some in college, but I have a scant history of concerts.

My gig tally is very low in comparison to most people I know.

Hedley, who used to stop by every day, has been to so many concerts it boggles my mind.

Lucky Hedley. Believe me, my tally is also low by any comparison. A friend who is in his mid-sixties goes to several gigs every week. These are at small venues and usually it is bands from the Punk era.

Peter, Hedley, being English, spent much of his adolescence and college years watching concerts. He has lived here a long time and sees several concerts a year. I can’t even begin to list the artists he’s seen.
