I truly love this song. From the slightly brooding intro to the mesmerising lyrics and Grace Slick’s voice, it builds ominously. I also like Joma Kaukonen and Jack Casady playing in Hot Tuna (wish I had held onto my album of theirs).

You and I agree. I also remember being mesmerized by the lyrics of this song. Her voice is eerie and the music complements her voice. It is perfect. I do not know the Joma Kaukonen, Jack Cassidy somg. I’ll look it up.

They were guitarists in Jefferson Airplane but also played in the band Hot Tuna, I had at least one album.
