Your picture initially caught me by surprise because at a glance it looked like a meme from a ring wing, conservative anti-immigration website. Fortunately, I took a closer look and saw that it was from an old Peace Corps campaign. My how times have changed. Personally, I’m proud of you for having the courage to join the Peace Corps and in your own small way help to make this a better world for everyone.

Thank you, Mark. I was only 21, but it had been a part of me for so long I was both excited and scared. The scared part went away quickly.
