Oh, that are many stairs steps, especially when in a hurry…
Just out of curiosity and to get a mental picture, it looks like the ground-floor rooms inside were quite high. Was/is this a normal ceiling height in Ghana?
I don’t remember how high the bottom floor ceiling was. I wasn’t ever inside, only upstairs. in Bolga, there were four steps to my front door while my back door was level with the ground so maybe it is the same way with this house.
The ceiling in my living room was maybe 7 or 8 feet high though Bill thinks 9 so maybe many houses have tall ceilings.
