Any song from My Fair Lady, especially sung by Old Blue Eyes is terrific. Thanks as usual.

I was surprise to find this. It is a song I hadn’t known he sang. It is a great find.

I love this song from My Fair Lady. I don’t care for Frank Sinatra. There is a story Judy Collins told about the song Send in the Clowns. Everyone wanted to to it,( and most people did) but they told her Frank Sinatra would also be doing it. She sang it, recorded it and But it was Judy Collins’ version that earned the song a major Grammy Award in 1976, enshrining it in musical theater and pop music history.
It is nap time now.. listen to more later.

My mother was a huge Frank fan so I grew up with his music, and I like it.

Frank actually recorded Send in the Clowns before Judy did, but hers did chart. I think it is the most popular of Sondheim’s music.
