Wow, I was like what the heck is this, especially as I pride myself as being something of a Madness aficionado. Thirty seconds in I got it, it has to be a B side that shows up on a compilation album
So the tune is so familiar and they were having some fun with this rather gigantic hit.

Knowing little about Madness, I did search for information. Also checked the lyrics of this song. It fit. I did see an article which called this a rare recording, one seldom played or even well known.
