Saw a revival of this on the London Stage some years ago and it was absolutely wonderful. I did irritate a member of the audience by singing “Top Hat” to the theme tune of “Top Cat” (before kick off of course)

Fred Astaire glides as he dances. She mirrors his steps beautifully. I love watching them dance.
