Ah, yes the Saturday kids shows at the movie theaters. I remember them well.

I also remember them well. The owner seldom opened the balcony because of kids throwing food on the kids below.

The local theater, “The Inwood Theater” also closed the balcony, I assume for the same reason.

I remember going to an evening movie with my parents and being allowed to sit in the first row of the balcony. I was excited.
