Wow! This is a very young Ella. This was one of those silly novelty songs that ere popular in the big band era.
I had never heard of this song, but when I found it and listened, I loved it!
A few days ago I saw Ella live at Montreux Festival 1975 on TV, a really remarkable concert. Perfect singing, great songs and backing group, just fun.
I don’t know when I started to love listening to Ella, but she is close to the top of my favorites. You are quite lucky!
