I loved Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass as a kid. I was an aspiring trumpet player who had both no musical talent nor rhythm. This was one of their very popular songs. I don’t think anyone in that band was Hispanic. 🙂

I also loved their music. I also have no rhythm or talent, but I am trying on the uke.
I think A Taste of Honey is another big hit of theirs.
