It’s always nice to hear this song but I don’t want to believe that summer is already over. It’s still sunny and warm but I hate it when it’s dark so early. We’ll probably get some rain this weekend and no, I won’t complain. This was now officially the third dry summer in a row.
The summer was a bust. We never could do our movies on the deck, and I missed that Saturday ritual. It has been cool, in the 60’s during the day, and in the 50’s at night. All the windows and doors are closed.
No rain is predicted here either, and we are in a drought condition. I just turned off my outside irrigation, but with the cooler weather, my lawn should be fine.
