Is Beatles For Sale their worst effort ? A rush job with little original material released for the Christmas season in 1964. Had they added the single “I feel Fine” it might have been different, I dunno.
Closest to bottom for me is “Yellow Submarine” another bore of an album
Completely disagree with Hedley about “Beatles For Sale.” In fact, it’s the only album of theirs I ever sent off and bought as a import. Those songs hadn’t been released in the states and that was the only way I could get three of my very favorites: “No Reply,” Every Little Thing,” and “What You’re Doing.” Most any other British artist or band would have killed to have had three songs that good on one of their albums. Heck, most any other American band would have killed as well. For what it’s worth, I LUV (sic) the orchestra side of “Yellow Submarine.”
im6,
Totally unknown to me, but I knew the sound was my Beatles. I haven’t ever heard of that album. I happened upon this song during my of my searches.

I had never heard this song which is why I posted it. I also knew nothing but should have checked.

The new header looks great. I matched the new background color to the color of the lettering.

Honestly, probably “Let It Be.”
