Saw Coldplay out at DTE some years ago. – jolly fun show and they had a stage at the back of the arena where I was perched.

Memorably everyone received a live album (CD) as they left the arena. A really nice touch and much appreciated.

Your jolly show was followed by the gift of the album. I am not surprised. I am only surprised when you haven’t seen a group, a band.

As you know Mrs MDH and I are very music centric and during these pandemicy times have been reflecting on who we have seen and who we still have to see or can’t see.

I like your way of passing the time. I know your list was probably longer than Mrs. MDH’s.

Who do you still have to see? Who can’t you see?

I didn’t see Bob Marley, the situation outside the shows in London were too volatile. Probably my biggest regret.

Still to see ? I dunno, haven’t been to a Steve Earle show. I try to balance between 401k tours and bands on the way up. We saw The 1975 last year and they were fantastic. These days I stay away from the big arena stuff and look for something smaller like the Fox theater. Of course, I have no idea when live music will be viable again. There are some smaller bands I will go out of my way to see, The Eels, The Magnetic Fields, Beirut, Steven Wilson.

I’m with you in wishing I had seen Bob Marley.

I’d need a time machine to see some of my favorites. Early Dylan-on the list! CSN&Y-on the list. I could go on a long time.
