OMG! If my mother ever saw me on a tricycle in the street, she would have had a heart attack. 🙂 She wouldn’t let me outside as a baby wearing sandals without socks.

That looks like a dirt road or maybe even a dead end given all the cars parked in front of the house.
These guys aren’t babies per se. They are probably around 3. My sisters always wore sandals without socks. I wore sneakers.
That they are on vacation could mean a lessening of the usual bike rules.
