I think it is some sort of game. I do know people who still play games around the table with their kids. It has to do with them having grown up playing games. You pass it along.

Thanks for finding this, minicapt. I don’t even know what terms I could have used to find it as I hadn’t seen such a board before. I’m glad for the explanation and the comparison to games like curling.
