I didn’t know it was Hugo Gernsback in this picture. I have read many of his short stories. I also knew the Hugo was named after him. He is considered by many to be the Father of Modern Science Fiction. No argument from me.

Virtual Reality circa 1958. It would work better with aluminum foil flags on the antenna.

I remember my dad putting foil on the rabbit ears. It always helped.
