“How we behave toward cats here below determines our status in heaven.”

There won’t be a post today. Fern isn’t having a great day. She disappeared for a while but I am happy to say she reappeared when I called her though she was meowing over and over. She is limping on that back right leg again so I need to keep an eye on her. A bit ago she got off the couch without my being aware. I found her at the water dish and followed her back to the den and the couch. I just can’t get my thoughts together; instead, I’m going to load pictures on Here and About, some from last winter. I will also try to get Ghana on-line.

Check out Here and About.

      Thanks, Christer

She barely ate any turkey. That’s worrisome. She has had days like this but not in a while. I hope it will pass.

Sending Fern (and you) my very best thoughts.

I only remember some of these songs from the oldies stations and others I don’t even know. I was in Africa in 1970.

Good luck and thanks for photos! (Busy now, I will look later.)

Kat – we get this, Maggie the Westie is now 14 and has continuous struggles. We do what we can and her vet visits are so frequent that our bills run over $500 a month without medication. She is part of our family and we dread what is ahead of us.

Mrs MDH and I have resolved no more dogs. We cannot go through this again, especially 14 years out and then in our 70s

      My Dear Hedley,
She isn’t any better. She doesn’t even want to move. She and Maddie are both nearly 18 and Gracie will be 12. I dread the future with these elder members of my family.

      I’ll see what tomorrow brings.

    I hope she’s doing better.

      Thanks, Bob

Fern was incontinent twice, but then she got up walked to the box. She then came back and ate some food. When she starts cleaning herself I’ll feel better.
