The first link was remarkable. I had no idea school gardens started so long ago. I knew about victory gardens mostly those in World War II. I remember the community garden movement. Vacant lots in cities were divided and people grew their own vegetables. Even now the cape has a few community gardens left.
The farm to table movement is wonderful. I love to shop at farmers’ markets. The first ones are beginning to open.
