I first saw Emmylou at the Royal Albert Hall in 1977. She was about 30 and I was a bit younger. To be honest I think that I had gone in to a lottery with my employer for Bryan Ferry tickets and came out with Emmylou.
I was smitten and it has continued for some 40 years. I have no idea how many times I have seen her in concert, but I do know that I have met her twice.
I always check her schedule which is less and less frequent in Michigan – the last show I saw was the Wrecking Ball tour at the Royal Oak in April 2014.
I like Emmylou – I listen to her music. She is good

I also like Emmylou and have for as long as I can remember. I can listen for as long as her music plays.
This album with RC won a Grammy and deserved it. Their voices meld so very well.
She is good!
