This song has always been somewhat special to me personally. I joined my first little 4-piece rock band in 1965 while I was stationed at Kadena AFB in Okinawa, Japan. It was one of the first songs we added to our repertoire. 🙂

One of my favorite reasons for loving music is the memories they engender. Yours goes back to 1965 but you still remember and still hold this song close. It doesn’t get much better than that.
