    Yuck, those were the days when men were men before cars had disc brakes, anti-lock brakes, traction control or seat belts. How did any of us kids live to adulthood without child seats?

      Bob,
      I never saw a car seat or a seat belt when I was a kid. No power steering meant strong arms to turn the wheel. I can still remember my father making u-turns that seemed to take forever to complete.

      I know the song, but I didn’t realize they were so off-beat though I should have figured that out from the words.
