Must be a short trip to Ghana with Gracie. I hope “unavailable” means something joyful, not hospital or similar.
Europe will collectively watch TV on Saturday. It’s time for the Eurovision Song Contest again.
I’m going to see the new program of one of my favorite performers tonight, the crazy Swiss-American Erika Stucky. Probably my concert highlight of the year.

Birgit,
It is New Hampshire for the weekend. We are leaving this afternoon. I am visiting my friends from Peace Corps day so pure pleasure.
That sounds like the early days of American Idol.
Amazing instruments and sounds from that group then she began to sing-wow!

Wow, the Eurovision Song Contest…..can you say Boom Bang-a-Bang
I am willing to skip winning this and will trade instead to win The World Cup

Hedley, nope. Trade rejected. Never the World Cup! Who really cares who wins the Song Contest, this ridiculous anachronistic show is the must-see. Let’s say it with the British song in 1976: Save your kisses for soccer 😉

Birgit – Not sure if I can find the Eurovision Song Contest, so I will rely on you – hopefully Germany wins and that takes care of their World Cup chances. Sweden is also welcome to win especially as they are not going to Brazil…maybe they have a new Abba to hoist upon an unsuspecting public

I hope that the fans don’t throw Bananas or do the monkey dance at the minority contestants.
Oh, I forgot it’s singing and not futbol. 🙂

Gnu,
Another great song. There they are in suits and the drummer is in that hat-love it.
Such Beatles look-alikes. I don’t think I ever knew their names.
