This is a sensational track from the extremely wonderful “morning Phase”. I hope that the Kataholics listen to this and are suitably blown away.
The US mail brought my Beck tickets today for the Fox in June. It will be third time Mrs MDH and I have seen him going back to Sea Change.
While I wait patiently for Amazon to bring me the new offerings from Brian Eno, The Eels, Real Estate and Damon Albarn, “Morning Phase” is by far the best thing I have heard this year.

My Dear Hedley,
I liked this track the best, but the whole album is worth the listen. I also hope Kataholics give this a chance. I was glad I did. The lyrics are amazing as you’ve quoted!
June isn’t so far away. Hard to believe April is next week.
