It’s always nice to be reminded just how wonderful S&G were. Not sure time has been kind establishing their importance in the history of pop music, but it’s an oversight if that’s the case. Maybe it’s because they split so long ago. Regardless, I simply love this song. “Parsley, Sage…” is a classic from its time, yet I seem to forget all about it. Now I have to go listen to “Scarborough Fair/Canticle”… swoon!

Funny, I had the same thought when I listened to them. They were such a favorite of mine-another cassette which came to Africa with me. I was pained when they broke up.
