E has it cranked up on Souljacker, the album had bonus discs and generally disappeared from sight because of the lack of commercial songs.
I am working rather steadily through Tremendous Dynamite the double live album being offered through the website. One minute I am being reminded to go back and listen to End Times next Mark Everett is rolling out “Summer in the City”….Mr E’s beautiful blues is layered on top of Twist and Shout. I need to play disc 2
Mark Everett is a genius (like his Dad) and Blinking Lights is a masterpiece.

My Dear Hedley,
Because I am a late comer, I have little familiarity with whole albums.
You have been my Eels mentor. Without you, I’d think they are sea creatures best breaded and fried.
Of course, I know you love the Eels!
