Oh come on! Kat’s the one who deserves a break. This is a hoot and an example of the diversity and the unexpected KTCC is known for. It was a new one to me and before I heard it, I was wondering how she was going to turn Bossa Nova into a march. Surprise. She didn’t!
Thanks, im6. Once I expanded beyond folk I have been having some great fun posting all sorts of different music. I happened to be a huge Astrud fan, and I consider this one of her most surprising songs.

They have those huge parades in Rio that last for hours. They are quite elaborate and people pay big money for viewing spots.
