My music tastes of late have turned to folk and bluegrass. The two categories, along with country, that I have avoided my whole life. Well, not so much country in my early teens, but it has changed and I’m not really a fan of it.
Anyhow, I’ve gotten some of Doc’s work from here or there and I really enjoy it. Must be the banjo that addicting. I’m really just starting to look in all the nooks and crannies of this music and what I’m finding, is enjoyable. I’m glad to see that some of the new folk is sticking with its roots.
Carl,
When I first found folk music, I was in the 8th grade, and I thought Christmas had come early. Since then, I have been a fan trying to keep the old going and learning the new. I have to admit, though, that I am not a fan of mist country though my friend Pete has changed a lot of that and found just the right lure for me to get into country.

Spaceman,
Great song-I wish we could really see the two of them in action!
