Spaveman,
I figure my folk audience is used to a variety as I often spread my music wings. I love rockabilly so I play a lot of it and then there’s the blues and spirituals and on and on.
Reminds me of a story in Rick Warren’s “Purpose Driven Life” where he discusses the fervent conflict amongst church going folks regarding the kind of music to play; traditional, worship, contemporary, etc. His comment; people have preferences, God loves it all. Good music is good music. ‘nough said.

A tad “country” for your folk audience. But a lovely song.

… and the folk audience appreciates that !
(Hopefully no folk-purist will complain.)
But I have to confess, for punk-rock I follow another blog 😉

Birgit,
That’s a wise decision as you’ll probably never find punk rock here.

Spaceman,
Amen to that!
