It was September 1971 and I was at the Oval for the concert for Bangladesh which started with Mott the Hoople and concluded with The Faces and then The Who. In the early evening out strutted Rod in a Leopard skinned outfit and launched in to…well I don’t remember the set list but I was smitten by the band which I was to see many times more.
This song is rubbish (rude word self sensored)…no one sustained a greater fall than Rod..I blame Britt Ekland.
