Very timely picture as Mrs Hedley and I skidded out of Oakland Township Michigan this morning on a light layer of snow designed to maximize delays and icy conditions
Ironically our destination was the surgeon who had repaired my broken leg. I told him about the general discomfort and he is prepared to remove the rod and most of the screws.
SO, back I go again on January 19th but should have a brief period of convalescence.

My Dear Hedley,
I am sorry for the skidding as that can get my heart racing as I work to control it, but I am happy it isn’t here. The weather is still too warm.
Great to hear the hardware can be removed! I know the convalescence will seem like no time compared to when it happened.

Miami always had trouble handling the arrival of the snowbirds.
Cheers
