This is from his album Election Songs of the United States released in 1960 on Folkways, now Smithsonian Folkways. The album includes political songs dating from 1800.

      What’s with the Hickenlooper attack ad? The Denver Post, which fact checks political ads of this nature, debunked most of the claims. The person running against him wants to have a Colorado immigration law like the one in Arizona.

    I figure it might just be an I was thinking about this question, and it is not related at all to the song other than it being political.
