    I saw Chuck Berry live at a university gig in Manchester in 1966/7. I was watching another band, Zoot Money. Suddenly they stopped playing and announced that Chuck Berry was starting his set in an adjacent hall, and that they were all off to see him. Naturally we followed and crowded into the hall.

      I have another friend who grew up in England. He saw so many wonderful concerts I am jealous. Now I’m putting you on the list.

      I would have enjoyed Chuck Berry. I love his videos.
