    I remember, more than sixty years ago, buying my father a Bing Crosby compilation for Christmas. It featured “September Song,” a tune that became a cherished favourite for us both.

      Peter,
      My mother had one of the first hi-fi players in the neighborhood. One of the records I remember is the Bing Crosby Christmas album with him on the front wearing a Santa hat. We played that every Christmas.
