    Strange as it might seem I actually saw America at one of those all day concert thingies at The Oval in 1971. I was there for Rod Stewart and the Faces and the headliners, the Who.
    Looking it up it seems that America played 3 songs, Sandman, Horse with no name and Riverside. I can honestly say I have absolutely no recollection of seeing them and that isn’t down to age !
    The other thingy with America, other than they were formed in London is that all their albums started with the letter H, no a bad thing and Sister Golden Hair came from Heart.
    Now how many years ago was that ? ….. oh

      My Dear Hedley,
      You found another! I actually saw one of their concerts in the 70’s I think. I do remember the concert, but I only remember this song. I expect they sang their other two, but I just don’t remember.
