March is the month to fly kites due to the wind. I haven’t seen kids in parks flying kites in years. I assume that playing computer games has surpassed fighting kites. I remember making them out of the paper that wrapped my father’s shirts from the laundry.

I always send my grands a kite as one of their Christmas presents. I don’t know if they fly them. Here, once the summer season is over, you can fly kites on the beach. I do see one once in a while .
