The iconic DC-3 was designed in the 1930s and are still being flown today in parts of the world. During WWII they were nicknamed, Goony birds. The last ones were build in 1947.

I posted this for you. I knew you’d enjoy it!! I think I’ve heard of Goony Birds before this.
