The Andrews sisters songs from WWII were terrific. I think the “Boogy Woogy Bugle Boy of company B” is my favorite. I also like “We’ll Meet Again”, not by the Andrews sisters. It was so appropriate for the movie, “Dr. Strangelove”.
My mother loved all the WWII music. She was in high school during the war and music was a huge part of high school back then too. She played it when we were kids.
