Scopitones was the name of the video jukebox these music movies were played on back in the 60s. The singer is actually Joi Lansing (real name Joyce Wassmansdorff) who I’ve never heard of before. You can get lost for hours and hours watching these really bad (as in really GOOD) videos. Here’s a place to start: https://www.youtube.com/user/ScopitonesDotCom
I knew the singer of this as it was listed on other videos, but I blew it by not writing the namer on the video. This video came, I think, from the site which described the Scopitone as being a new sort of jukebox and gave examples of the songs. Thanks@
