My alarm clock would perfectly fit in there. It’s so loud that I can probably wake up my neighbors too 🙂 (No problem, they usually get up earlier than me.) New digital ones just aren’t loud enough and even punk rock on my mobile phone alarm doesn’t help either when I’m fast asleep.
Btw, you know that we have to celebrate Dylan on Monday? With 80 songs or so 😉
I had a battery clock which was also so loud I tried to muffle it in a drawer. I finally got a clock radio which worked fine for twenty years.
Monday will be really late or not at all. My uncle’s funeral is off cape so I’ll be gone a good part of the day. The coming and going is a bit over three hours which will probably take longer Monday, rush hour through the city. I’ll see what happens.

Plus, these are all analog, another nearly extinct species.
My watches are all analog. I prefer it.
