The family dinner is a thing of the past. Especially with the dad wearing a business suit. Between fast food and busy schedules, sitting down together to eat is rare. However, with the Covid-19 work at home, on line school, it’s probably been revived in many homes.

I think that having an evening meal together is probably more important than we realize. It is a way to stay in touch with each member of a busy family. I was in high school when we stopped having family dinners around the dining room table except on holidays. That was too bad.
