They eat goats in Africa, don’t they? The only goat I ever had was Cabrito. It’s a northern Mexico dish of barbecue baby goat. Before the goat is weaned. Something like milk fed veal.

  They do eat goats in Ghana and the rest of Africa I presume. The first time I ate it I had no idea what I was eating. When I found out it was goat, I was okay with it. When a student died, her family gave the school a goat for a special dinner. I found a place which sells goat here. I have had it once already.
  
  The goat is never a baby goat, just old ones.

    The baby ones are very tender and the meat has no taste from whatever it ate.

    The goat I have eaten had bones and were a little fatty.
