Once upon a time back in the early days of music sharing, Mrs MDH decided to try her luck on Napster and download a Roy Orbison song (probably Pretty Woman) and for her troubles received an extremely rude letter/email from the Roy Estate about stealing stuff and a Napster suspension
Of course, this added an attractive element of mystery and naughtiness to Mrs MDH which I mightily appreciated.
The backlash is that I have not and would not spend $$$ on Orbison music and he is missing from my CD and album library – except maybe a random download from a long time ago
MDH,
The very first album I bought was a Roy Orbison. I have also seen in him concert. It is amazing that one song of his made Mrs. MDH a felon. Back in the day, I downloaded many songs from from Napster. They didn’t seem to care.
I understand why Mrs. MDH’s sordid past is enticing to you.
I don’t think I have many Orbison’s in my collection. I still have that very first album.

Kat,
I don’t recall the first record I bought. Nice choice
It must be old age memory (or lack of memory).
Tale Care.
