Unfortunately, easily prevented childhood diseases can be prevented by vaccinations if only parents would vaccinate their kids. The internet has been spreading the false rumors that vaccinations cause Autism.

The internet doesn’t spread rumors but it is a place where rumors are easily spread.
I found this, “The belief that vaccines cause autism — which has been debunked by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, among others — is no longer the primary reason parents are refusing vaccines for their children, according to a new study today from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Instead, a growing number of parents believe vaccinations are “unnecessary,” researchers found.”

It was all because of the success that vaccines had against the childhood illnesses. Because the diseases aren’t around statistically, parents must think they are totally eradicated so there isn’t a need for vaccinations.
All three of the illnesses I mentioned are caused by a virus. Germs are easier to get rid of.
