Yes it is a KTCC tradition and I love it.
We attended the third (Sunday) in Advent last night. Gaudete was in the air.

My Dear Hedley,
I love our tradition.
Gaudete Sunday is the Sunday of joy. I remember the priest wore rose colored vestments.
