FRANÇOIS RABELAIS quote
September 14, 2018 at 10:00 pm
Horology is the science of watch makers and clock works. As late as the 1980s most people thought that the profession was dying due to quartz movements. Today a renewed interest in high end escapement watches and mecanical clocks is renewing interest in the profession.

Bob,
I didn’t know the word horology-neat word.
I have an old grandfather’s clock and an old Seth Thomas school clock. They are beautiful clocks.
